The Role

This fantastic opportunity will be based out of our Healesville Work Centre. As the Management Systems Support Officer you provide administrative and coordination support associated with document control, information management and management oversight programs and systems for Waterways and Land Delivery teams. You will be accountable for office/site management across multiple sites, including management of site induction and access key administration for both internal and external stakeholders. Within this role you will be responsible for providing management support for fire response crews and providing support during incidents.. You will review and analyse data relating to the program and recommend system and process improvement opportunities as well as participating in related projects, committees and working groups.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Understanding of Integrated Management Systems and HSEQ processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in working in administrative roles;
  • Ability to work under limited supervision, display initiative, possess a proactive attitude and demonstrate flexibility to manage competing priorities;
  • Good process improvement and analytical skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage processes and ensure deadlines are met;
  • Passionate about fostering and promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement;
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation;
  • Ability to develop collaborative working relationships within own and the broader team.
  • Proficient in the use of risk and incident databases, document management and asset management systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in working in emergency or incident response environments is desirable.
