The Role

In this 12 month roles as the Capability and Experience Advisor you’ll be responsible for supporting the Capability and Experience Team in the build, delivery, co-ordination and administration of its activities and projects, as well as ensuring the development and maintenance of robust learning, employee experience and organizational development processes. This role will see you:

  • Support and  manage end-to-end learning, development and employee experience events, projects and programs of work where required, including mentoring and coaching programs, training events, graduations and e-learn deployment
  • Provide assistance in course and program development, including content gathering, content review, instructional design, support guide writing and testing
  • Provide team support to deliver key P&C projects and processes such as the annual Employee Engagement Survey and the Performance Review process
  • Manage and track program participants, enrolments, interest tracking, attendance and progress and certificates, via the Learning Management System and other learning tracking systems
  • Coordinate scheduling and communicate availability of training events to organization and individuals
  • Manage program and event logistics, including facilities, catering, training and development program administration, delivery, room set-up and resource management

Your Skills and Experience

  • Previous high-level experience in, and/or exposure to a learning and organisational development environment
  • Experience with a Learning Management System or Records Management System
  • Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and proactive problem solving skills
  • Proven skills across facilitation and coordination of events & learning programs
  • Experience in managing HR projects including events, improvements and initiatives
  • Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Your ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders is required together with a qualification in Organizational Psychology or other relevant field.
