Reporting to the Manager, Waterways & Catchment Services, this is a pivotal role within the Bayside & Dandenong team. As the Services & Program Lead you will be responsible for directing and coordinating services and programs of work delivered by a high-performance service delivery team.  This team is responsible for catchment, waterway, drainage and land programs and services that contribute to achieving strategy objectives.

Reporting to the Manager Bayside Dandenong, Waterways & Catchment Services, this is a pivotal role within the Bayside & Dandenong team. As the Operations & Maintenance Officer you will be responsible for Maintaining our customers' confidence and trust as the region's waterway and catchment manager within the geographic area of responsibility.

Reporting to the Service Lead Water Resources and Compliance, this is a pivotal role within the Water Resources & Upper Yarra team. As the Diversions Officer you will be responsible for supporting the management of Melbourne Waters’ diversions function including license administration, management of metering, compliance and working with relevant customers. This will ensure the effective delivery of Diversion services throughout the Port Phillip and Westernport Region.

Reporting to the Manager Business Intelligence & Performance, this is a pivotal role within the Business Performance & Contracts team. As the Infield Technology Enablement Lead you will be responsible for leading the Infield Support team and external contractors, collaborating with the broader Business Intelligence & Performance team and external technical stakeholders to build technology capability and maturity across Field Delivery. Within this role you will also be accountable for Infield process improvement, this role is also the Business Owner for all Infield Systems & Applications, bridging communication gaps and representing Field Delivery’s interests to internal and external technology stakeholders. This role can be based at our Docklands Head office, or one of our Regional offices, and will require some travel across Melbourne.
