The Role

HR Systems and Reporting Analyst role reports in the HR Systems Transformation Lead as part of the wider People and Capability Team. You will work to support the People Business Insights and Reporting Lead in assisting HR Systems and analyst reports, as well as general administration to support the HR Digital Systems team.

Your prior knowledge and experience in working with HR reporting and systems will be highly regarded. This full time role offers blended working from Docklands office, and working from home.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Assist with the preparation of data for HR reporting, enabling the Reporting Lead to conduct analysis and insights for improved business decisions
  • Assist HR Systems Transformation Lead with monitoring and maintenance of HR Systems. Ensure HR systems are up to date, complies with legislation and are source of truth
  • First point of support for inquiries on HR systems and reporting.
  • Ability to document data requirements for process and system enhancements
  • Ability to form collaborative relationships and provide exceptional customer service with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience with HRIS Systems, with previous experience with Cornerstone, Chris21, Kronos (WFR) and PageUp preferred
  • Tertiary qualifications in either Human Resources or Business is preferred
