The Principal Engineer, DSS Development Engineering & Planning Services, plays a pivotal role in shaping high‑quality stormwater and civil infrastructure across Melbourne Water’s Development Services Scheme areas.

As the People Systems & Projects Lead you will be accountable for ensuring the configuration and maintenance of our people systems and integrations so our systems are secure, fit-for-purpose, reliable and efficiently support business processes.

As the Specialist Service Planner, you will be responsible for achieving business benefits from the delivery of the Service Enablement One Water program by implementing best practice systems, processes and procurement methodologies; and ensuring all allocated projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, to budget and meet the required business quality and functional requirements.

As a Business Analyst within our Business Transformation and Effectiveness Team, you’ll play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide improvement and unlocking opportunities that make our organisation more effective, efficient, and customer-focused.  This is not an IT Business Analyst role, instead, you’ll partner closely with business leaders to understand how we operate, identify opportunities, and help shape improvements that influence the whole operating model.
