This nine month fixed term contract will be based from our North East Regional Office in Croydon. The role will require you to travel to field sites within Greater Melbourne in the North and East, and will have an allocated operational work vehicle. The Eastern Treatment Plant (ETP) in Melbourne, one of Australia's most advanced wastewater treatment facilities, plays a crucial role in treating about 40% of the city's sewage, serving 1.6 million people. We are currently looking for an Operator to join our ETP Operations team at our Bangholme site. Reporting to the Lead Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for capital or maintenance works and operate the plant to ensure compliance with Melbourne Water, legislative and EPA requirements.
