About The Role 

Reporting to the Manager, Contractor & Continuous Improvement, this is a full time, permanent role within the People Systems & Insights team. As the People Systems & Projects Lead you will be accountable for ensuring the configuration and integrations of our people systems are secured, fit-for-purpose, reliable and efficiently maintained for data integrity. 

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for people system issues 
• Partner with IT and business teams to deliver initiatives and manage service providers 
• Identify, scope and lead continuous improvement projects 

About You 

• You enjoy leading work and bringing people along for the journey, whether it be for an upgrade or new functionality, you can positively influence others 
• You walk the talk, focused on delivering outcomes to minimise impact to stakeholders (both for tactical and strategic initiatives) 
• You see opportunity and act, rather than repeating the same inefficient processes 
• You plan, knowing that change has impact and you have a ‘no surprises’ approach 
• You have experience in HR systems, from understanding configuration, to delivering upgrades, to understanding what’s possible
