Who we are
In Melbourne, water is essential to our way of life.
As caretakers for Melbourne’s water cycle, we care for water, life and land throughout Melbourne: both its people and its biodiversity.
Each time you drink from the tap, flush a toilet, run through a backyard sprinkler, or kayak down the Yarra we’re there. Primed and ready, quietly delivering some of the world’s cleanest water for over five million residents and wildlife that call Melbourne home, just as we have for over 130 years.
If you value making it count, diving in with curiosity, and doing what’s right, you're in the right place.
The Role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will support the delivery of Melbourne Water’s Talent Sourcing Strategy.
You will develop and manage relationships with both corporate and operational Hiring Managers. You will also have the opportunity to grow and maintain successful partnerships with vendors and on panel Labour Hire Agencies.
As a strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will advance our best practice talent solutions inclusive of identification, sourcing, attraction, acquisition, and on-boarding.
You will pivot between mobilising internal talent and go-to-market strategies to meet the current and future needs of the business, achieving our diversity, inclusion and belonging objectives.
Working closely with a small team, together we actively build talent pools and candidate pipelines to increase the number of opportunities for First Peoples, for women in non-traditional roles, and for people living with a disability.
