About The Role

Reporting to the Area Lead – Maribyrnong, this full‑time permanent/fixed term position sits within the Minor Capital Delivery team. As the Project Manager – Delivery, you will be instrumental in achieving business outcomes through the effective delivery of the capital program natural resource management and civil projects on time and within budget. 

About You

Your responsibilities will include:

• Extensive Project management experience including, reviewing and preparing project Plans (Safety Quality Environment), forecasting and negotiating budgets and assessing resourcing requirements. 
• Ability to lead and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
• Maturity and judgement necessary to contribute to complex decision making and risk management
• Proactive and solution driven approach
• Ability to pivot and apply sound project management process to minor civil and water construction as well as adapt to non-traditional and unconventional projects from time to time.
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement, problem-solving ability, and capacity to manage competing priorities
• Experience within Natural Resource Management (NRM), land management and/or waterway management *highly desirable
• Current Working With Children Check
