Reporting to the Senior Manager Digital, Data, Reporting & Payroll, the Labour Analytics & Reporting Lead will play a key role in strengthening how Melbourne Water understands, manages and invests in its workforce.
This role will lead the development of a more consistent and transparent approach to labour management across the organisation, bringing together workforce, financial and business data to support better planning, stronger governance and more informed decision-making.
You will work closely with stakeholders across People Services, Finance and the broader business to build trusted reporting, analytics and insights that help leaders understand labour demand, cost, utilisation and productivity.
This opportunity is initially offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension subject to the ongoing delivery and progression of key programs of work.
