As the People Systems & Projects Lead you will be accountable for ensuring the configuration and integrations of our people systems are secured, fit-for-purpose, reliable and efficiently maintained for data integrity.

Reporting to the Lead Operator Silvan, this is a pivotal role within the Southern Operations team. As the Water Supply Operator you will be responsible for managing day-to-day and emergency operations of Melbourne Water’s water supply assets. These assets include; storage and service reservoirs, treatment plants, pumping stations and transfer mains. This involves practical hands-on operational duties, and the use of several IT systems including remote monitoring & system control.

The role focuses on the sewerage treatment function at the ETP and is responsible for formulating programs of work which will deliver asset and non-asset solutions for the mid to long term planning outlook.
