This role reports to the Lead Operator – Day Operations and will be responsible for monitoring plant performance, ensuring a safe environment for capital and maintenance works, and overseeing plant operations to ensure compliance with Melbourne Water, legislative, and EPA requirements.

This full time role is based from our Docklands head office, and reports to the Area Lead Flood & Stormwater Partnerships. The Stormwater Partnerships Program Lead establishes and leads collaborative projects with partners that improve stormwater management across Greater Melbourne and achieve objectives in Melbourne Water’s Healthy Waterways Strategy, primarily supported through the Liveable Communities Liveable Waterways incentives program.

Drive strategic asset programs, align capital and maintenance plans, and provide expert leadership to optimise business performance.
