We’re seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead the development and implementation of long-term, adaptive plans for Melbourne’s sewerage services. Reporting to the Manager Strategic Sewerage Planning, this fixed term role is a thrilling opportunity to bring the vision and goals of the Melbourne Sewerage Strategy to life, to ensure it continues to enhance human health and wellbeing, enhance the environment and leverage valuable resources.

As a Sourcing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and facilitating tender activities across multiple categories and portfolios. Reporting to the Procurement Manager - Sourcing, you’ll manage the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, from shaping requirements to contract execution.

Lead Melbourne Water’s technology project delivery function, overseeing business demand, guiding innovation, and ensuring the effective execution of strategic initiatives through external vendor partnerships.

Lead governance, enterprise architecture, and tech financial planning. Ensure alignment of operations and investments with business goals, risk, and compliance. Oversee the Technology PMO, drive standards and frameworks, and lead financial reporting. Foster transparency and continuous improvement through structured reporting and cross-team collaboration.

This full time position is based from our 990 La Trobe Street head office, and reports into the Manager Enterprise Insights & Optimisation. As the Manager Change Advisory, you will lead the continuous improvement and adoption of our change management framework. As the first point of contact for change support, you will provide rapid assessments to determine the scale and enterprise impact of change requests. You’ll work closely with project managers and business leaders to ensure change deliverables are integrated into project schedules and delivery. You will also lead our enterprise change community of practice, fostering collaboration and providing quarterly insights to the Executive Leadership Team.

This twelve month fixed term contract is based from our South East Regional Office in Bangholme. As the Services & Program Lead you will be responsible for directing and coordinating services and programs of work across the Mornington Peninsula and Frankston areas. Your extensive experience and knowledge in Natural Resource Management, your proven communication skills and your ability to mentor others will see you succeed within this role.

This full time role is based from our Healesville work centre. As the Project Delivery Lead, you will oversee the delivery of minor projects through the Enhancing Infrastructure Maintenance Delivery (EIMD) contract. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget, while meeting business quality and functional requirements.
