As a Process Improvement & Operational Data Specialist reporting to the Area Lead, Quality and Process Improvement (Drinking Water Treatment), you will be based in our Docklands office & Preston Water Operations Centre. In this role, you will provide essential technical advice for continuous improvement and optimization of infrastructure operational controls and performance monitoring. Your focus will be on ensuring the most efficient and effective delivery of service outcomes within water supply services, meeting regulatory, corporate, community, and customer expectations.
