About the Role

This twelve month fixed term contract is based from our South East Regional Office in Bangholme. As the Services & Program Lead you will be responsible for directing and coordinating services and programs of work across the Mornington Peninsula and Frankston areas.

Your extensive experience and knowledge in Natural Resource Management, your proven communication skills and your ability to mentor others will see you succeed within this role.

About you:

• Proven communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate appropriate outcomes, particularly in sensitive and complex circumstances.An ability to guide and support team members in the resolution of complex technical and customer-related issues.
• Effective decision-making skills and program management employing data/evidence based approach.
• Extensive experience, knowledge and understanding of the underlying principles in natural resource management/ecology,
• A comprehension of asset and risk management principles.
