This eighteen month fixed term contract is based from our North East Regional Office in Croydon. Reporting to the Head of Waterway & Catchment Services South East, this is a pivotal role within the Water Resources & Upper Yarra team. As the  Manager Water Resources & Upper Yarra, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of Melbourne Water waterway and catchment obligations, programs, and services in the defined geographical area.

Reporting to the Design and Estimation Lead, this is a pivotal role within the Minor Capital Team. As the Capital Delivery Estimator you will be responsible for taking projects from concept to construction ready (scoping / estimation, design management, commercial / procurement strategy, and risk management of a program of projects).  Managing up to 30 projects at a time generally ranging from $200k-$2M. As the Diversions Officer you will be responsible for supporting the management of Melbourne Waters’ diversions function including license administration, management of metering, compliance and working with relevant customers. This will ensure the effective delivery of Diversion services throughout the Port Phillip and Westernport Region.
